As a Digital Marketing Intern at Lighthouse8, you’ll work closely with different staff members, and work on live client projects. You’ll be able to pitch new ideas and gain experience across social media advertising and search advertising. You’ll also get the chance to implement and manage digital marketing strategies.
Since we work with such a wide portfolio of clients, the work for each client is always unique with no two days the same. There are always new clients, with new projects that need to be completed using different strategies and tactics. Regardless of the kind of work or specialty area, the diversity across all of our projects makes each day different and exciting.

- Extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently among multiple client campaigns and daily tasks, and be able to work effectively under pressure
- Have the ability to act as a proactive part of the lighthouse8 team and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages accountability, performance & autonomy
- Have the ability to provide timely feedback to colleagues, superiors, and partners
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university or newly graduated
- Able to dedicate 10-12 hours a week to the internship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
